All payments made for the services provided by Marwadi Rishta are subject to the terms and conditions of the company.
If a refund request is approved by Marwadi Rishta, only 60% (sixty percent) of the total amount paid will be refunded to the customer. The remaining 40% (forty percent) will be retained by Marwadi Rishta as administrative, processing, and service charges.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the approval or rejection of any refund request shall be at the sole discretion of Marwadi Rishta. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by the company.
